Hello, my name is Tebucky Jones Jr. I am the owner and the mind behind peak performance training studio.
I was born in Connecticut, United States and have lived throughout the northeast region of the U.S my entire life. I come from an athletic background as well. I played a variety of sports growing up (Football, wrestling, basketball, track, baseball) I attended New Britain high school and became an all-conference and all state high school football player. At the end of my senior year, I was the #1 ranked wide receiver in Connecticut for the class of 2010. I attended the University of Connecticut on a full scholarship. Things didn’t work out, So I ended up transferring to the Fordham University where I became a division 1AA all conference and all American player. After College I was given the opportunity to play a little with the NFL team Tennessee Titans. Unfortunately, my football dreams ended shortly after I entered the NFL and a new chapter arose.
My passion is helping others and I love seeing people reach their potential physically, mentally, and spiritually as well. Hence, the name “Peak Performance” arose.
In 2016 my personal training journey began in a small dingy gym basement. Through hours and hours of hard work, trial and error, and lots of faith in God, I was able to over come numerous obstacles and open up my own studio.
If there is one message that I would want you to take from me, it is to make the decision to live your life outside your comfort zone. Nothing good comes easy. If you are willing to be disciplined and put in the work the sky is the limit on what you can achieve in your life.
